About The Position
This position is for a Physical Therapist in Tucson, AZ. The role requires the completion of specific documentation with ATI before being cleared to start the assignment. For SC submissions, a PERM license is mandatory, not a compact license. Candidates who have worked perm/PRN at ATI within the last year are not eligible to return until they have been separated for one year. Previous ATI work history as a traveler or perm/PRN more than a year prior requires verification of rehire eligibility. The position offers a $2,500 completion bonus for starts through October 15th, provided the start date is not delayed due to credentialing or licensing. Candidates must provide proof of license application within 5 business days of booking. Start dates must align with license status at submission, and license status should be included in the submission.
Requirements
- Must have PERM license (for SC submissions).
- No compact license (for SC submissions).
- Candidates who have worked perm/PRN at ATI within the last year are not eligible.
- Previous ATI work history as a traveler or perm/PRN more than a year previous requires eligibility check.
- Active license.
- Experience in setting.
- General Certifications: ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS, NRP.
- Rehabilitation Certifications: ASHA, CHT, ACP Training.
