About The Position

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Bedford, MA is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient team. This position offers a unique blend of approximately 60% balance and vestibular rehabilitation and 40% orthopedic care, providing a diverse caseload and the opportunity to develop specialized expertise in one of the fastest-growing areas of physical therapy. Requirements

Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist in Massachusetts
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply
Passion for helping patients improve mobility, balance, and quality of life

Outpatient experience preferred

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide evidence-based treatment for orthopedic, vestibular, neurological, and geriatric patients
Help patients improve balance, mobility, strength, and overall function
Utilize advanced clinical tools, including vestibular goggles, overhead safety support systems, and Normatec Recovery technology
Educate patients and families to support long-term success and independence
Complete documentation using Prompt EMR and AI-assisted tools designed to streamline workflows
Collaborate with fellow therapists and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care
Participate in community wellness and fall-prevention initiatives
