About The Position

Upstream Rehab is an industry-leading therapy management company that partners with physician practices across the nation. In partnership with Ozark Orthopaedics, Upstream provides outpatient orthopedic and vestibular therapy services to the Siloam Springs, Arkansas community. The organization is seeking a Physical Therapist to support the community and join a growing team focused on providing a remarkable patient experience through patient-centered care and comprehensive, evidence-based treatment. The team builds strong relationships with physician partners and works to achieve exceptional patient outcomes in a positive atmosphere for healing and a collaborative, supportive work environment. Compensation is $75,000–$90,000 per year. The position offers sign-on incentives, a student loan repayment program, a 12-month mentorship program for new graduates, an annual continuing education benefit, flexible work schedules, and opportunities for physician interaction, including clinic shadowing and surgery observation. In-house orthopedic and sports residencies, leadership development coursework, and mentorship are also available.

Requirements

Current or pending Arkansas Physical Therapist license
Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
CPR certified
