About The Position

Upstream Rehab partners with physician practices across the nation. In partnership with Ozark Orthopaedic, it provides outpatient orthopedic and vestibular therapy services to the Siloam Springs, Arkansas community. The company is seeking a Physical Therapist to support the community and join a growing team focused on delivering a remarkable patient experience through patient-centered care and comprehensive, evidence-based treatment. The role involves building relationships with physician partners and contributing to exceptional patient outcomes and a collaborative, supportive environment for patient healing. Competitive compensation is $75,000–$90,000 per year. Opportunities include physician interaction, clinic shadowing, surgery observation, and access to in-house orthopedic and sports residencies.

Requirements

Current or pending Arkansas Physical Therapist license.
Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
CPR certification.

Responsibilities
