About The Position

This full-time or part-time position offers a hybrid work environment, allowing you to treat residents in their rooms or an on-site outpatient clinic within assisted living and independent living communities. Requirements

• Current license as Physical Therapist or ability to obtain in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Treat residents Monday-Friday, with no evenings or weekends required.
• Treat residents in their room or in an on-site outpatient clinic.
• Improve the lives of seniors.
• Market the clinic.
• Do your own scheduling.
• Work independently.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for the best patient care.
• Provide contract rehabilitation and wellness services.
