Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Active PT license (or eligibility to obtain one).
• A desire to grow clinically, contribute to a team, and practice thoughtfully.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting.
• Interest in specialized areas like Pelvic Health, Sports, Neuro, Vestibular, or Pediatrics.

Responsibilities

• Practice physical therapy with 1:1 patient care.
• Determine the plan of care with PT-led clinical decisions.
• Focus on being a clinician with support staff available.
• Contribute to a team and practice thoughtfully.
• Participate in mentorship and professional development activities.
• Engage in monthly Skillz meetings and Core-4 Series.
• Pursue in-house Orthopedic Residency, Dry Needling, and COMT pathways.
• Participate in Specialty SIGs (e.g., Pelvic Health, Sports, Neuro).
