About The Position

This position integrates subjective and objective data to establish a treatment plan, utilizing exercise, physical agents, and manual techniques to address deficits. The Physical Therapist will maintain a thorough record of services provided with appropriate coding and billing, and communicate with other disciplines and referring providers to enhance outcomes. Electronic documentation is a key component of this role, along with demonstrating advanced evaluation and treatment techniques. The role involves active participation in performance improvement processes, assisting in the orientation and training of new partners, and contributing to cost-saving initiatives. Additionally, the Physical Therapist will plan and conduct lectures and training programs on physical therapy and related topics.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy
  • Licensed as a Physical Therapist in WI, IL or both if required
  • Approved CPR or BLS certification required within 90 days

  • Maintains a high standard of patient care and provide effective communication between physical therapists, assistants and the physician group.
  • Plans and conducts lectures and training programs on physical therapy and related topics for medical staff, students and community groups.
