This role involves performing examinations, evaluations, diagnoses, prognoses, interventions, and outcome assessments in accordance with professional standards and hospital policies. The Physical Therapist will provide age-appropriate and family-centered care, complete documentation, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and other professionals. This position also includes supervising therapy aides, students, and volunteers, participating in education for new employees and students, and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes. The role encourages participation in research, performance improvement, and outcome studies, as well as community activities and wellness programs.
