About The Position

Concierge Home Care is hiring Home Health Occupational Therapists (OTR). This role offers an opportunity to take control of your schedule and income, with a focus on 1:1 patient care in the home. The coverage area is Vero Beach, FL / Indian River County, with territories designed to minimize drive time. The position offers a flexible schedule and autonomy, with no hospital shifts or 12-hour rotations required. Weekends and holidays are not required, though flexible options are available. The company utilizes AI-assisted charting and a user-friendly EMR (WellSky/Kinnser) to reduce documentation time. They also provide structured onboarding, mentorship, ongoing clinical training, free CEUs, and career advancement opportunities.

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered Florida Occupational Therapist license
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• CPR certification
• Ability to supervise COTAs

Nice To Haves

• Home health experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and home environment assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on physician orders
• Provide therapy focused on improving functional mobility and daily living skills
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive strategies and safety techniques
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Supervise and delegate care to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) when appropriate
