About The Position

Sprenger Therapy is hiring an in-house Physical Therapist at Rose Lane Health and Rehab in Massillon, Ohio. The role provides patient-centered physical therapy in a skilled nursing setting within a clinician-led, family-owned organization. The in-house model is designed to prioritize residents’ needs, protect therapy time, respect clinical judgment, and provide mentorship and accessible leadership. New graduates are welcome, with mentorship available from day one. The Physical Therapist evaluates residents, develops individualized treatment plans, and provides services to restore mobility, strength, function, and independence. The role also includes screening residents, collaborating with residents, families, interdisciplinary care teams, and PTA staff as applicable, making referrals when appropriate, and documenting care to support quality outcomes. Compensation is competitive and based on experience; the salary range is undisclosed.

Requirements

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Current PT license or license eligibility.
Commitment to patient-first, outcomes-driven care.
Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
Provide physical therapy services focused on restoring mobility, strength, function, and independence.
Conduct screenings and identify residents who would benefit from intervention.
Supervise and collaborate with PTA staff as applicable.
Initiate referrals when appropriate in accordance with department procedures.
Document clearly and efficiently in support of quality outcomes.
