About The Position

PruittHealth is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide care and treatment to residents in a post-acute care setting. The role involves delivering services in accordance with individualized physical therapy care plans and applicable policies and procedures. Requirements

Hold a valid professional license in the state of practice.
Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited school. For foreign-trained applicants, the program must be deemed substantially equivalent to U.S. entry-level Physical Therapist education by an APTA-approved credential evaluation organization.

Responsibilities

Complete evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with policy and the individualized physical therapy care plan.
Complete documentation and records in a timely and accurate manner.
Follow established policies and procedures related to the scope of practice.
Recognize and respond to priorities in patient care, demonstrating initiative and sound judgment.
Complete required orientations, in-services, and trainings successfully and in a timely manner.
Perform other related duties as necessary and as directed by the supervisor.
