About The Position
Ivy Rehab is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join their team, providing world-class care in physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA) services. Requirements
- License or pending license as a Physical Therapist in the treating state.
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Eagerness to grow & learn.
- Interest in pursuing a specialty outside of standard ortho (sports, pelvic, vestibular, peds, neuro, geriatrics, etc.).
- Team player.
Responsibilities
- Provide world-class care in physical therapy.
- Engage in new-grad mentorship, residency education, specialty program development, non-treating roles, clinic leadership, or future clinic partnership opportunities.
- Utilize ScribeIQ (an AI documentation tool) to reduce documentation time and spend more quality time with patients.
- Participate in clinical career ladder programs and internal travel programs.
- Potentially open own clinic(s) with equity.
- Serve patients to the best of our ability through clinical excellence.
