Requirements
- Physical Therapists actively licensed or registered in the state of Arkansas
- Previous acute PT experience
- A minimum of three professional references on the application or upon initial contact.
Responsibilities
- Visit patients in the comfort of their homes and assisted living facilities
- Develop & follow physical therapy care plans
- Perform PT
- Document/chart patient progress
- Patient admits / discharges
- OASIS assessments
- Update the Therapy Director on patient status
- Other PT duties as assigned
