About The Position

A Full-Time (32-40 hrs) or Part-Time (24-29 hours) Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) position is available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department located in Naugatuck, CT. Preferred Therapy Solutions is therapist-owned and operated, focusing on appropriate and ethical patient care. The management team has experience in the therapist role, understanding what therapists need to be successful, including a healthy work-life balance and continuing education. The company emphasizes providing high-quality care to achieve the best outcomes for residents, helping them reach their highest level of independence.

Requirements

Possess a current Physical Therapy license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
Work well with others in a team setting
Be flexible with hours

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment

$5,000 sign-on bonus is offered for the full-time position.
