Physical Therapist, PRN (Memory Care/Dementia)
About The Position
TransPerfect Health is seeking a Physical Therapist with dementia care experience to join their team. This role focuses on making a meaningful impact in the lives of older adults and their families within an adult day care setting in Sandy Springs, Georgia. The position offers daytime hours, typically from 8:30–9:00 a.m. to 3:00–4:00 p.m., promoting a healthy work-life balance with a predictable weekday schedule. Requirements
- Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program
- If foreign-trained, degree must be evaluated as equivalent to U.S. entry-level PT education by an APTA-approved credentialing agency

Responsibilities
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, assessments, and treatments in accordance with state practice acts, plan of care, and company policies
- Help optimize functional mobility, independence, and quality of life for members of the aging population
- Accurately complete all required documentation in a timely manner
- Participate in required orientations, staff meetings, and in-service education
- In collaboration with the Director of Rehabilitation, develop robust therapy program
- Provide clinical supervision to Therapy Assistants as indicated
- Follow all infection control procedures and OBRA Resident Rights Guidelines
- Demonstrate sound clinical judgment and effectively prioritize patient care
- Support compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Perform duties that may involve moderate to heavy physical demands
- Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned
