About The Position

Select Physical Therapy is hiring a full-time outpatient Physical Therapist in Dickson, Tennessee. The role works Monday through Friday and offers an annual salary of $75,000–$85,000, depending on experience, a $20,000 bonus, and student loan repayment of $350 per month. The therapist will join a team of four therapists and provide patient care to help people return to athletics, work, daily life, and other activities they enjoy. The company offers mentorship and orientation, a continuing education program with paid national certifications, paid time off, medical and prescription, health, vision, and dental plans, company-matching 401(k), life and disability protection, and student loan repayment. Therapists may explore specialties including aquatics, sports medicine, neuro, pelvic health, concussion care, and hand therapy. Requirements

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Complete and maintain required corporate and clinical services training and comply with state, local, and federal regulations.
Evaluate and treat patients, direct their treatment, and document care.
Communicate openly and respectfully with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
