About The Position

This is a full-time Physical Therapist position in Outpatient Orthopedics at the WFBMG Wake Forest Health Network, High Point Mall Loop - Outpatient Rehabilitation. The role involves providing comprehensive patient care, including assessments, treatment plans, and documentation, while adhering to hospital and departmental policies. The Physical Therapist will also supervise support staff, manage productivity standards, and contribute to process improvement and professional development within the team.

Requirements

• B.S., M.S., or D.P.T degree from accredited physical therapy school.
• Current licensure in the state of applicable state
• CPR certification in Basic Life Support, Level C.

Responsibilities

• Maintains patient records in a systematic order.
