About The Position

This is a full-time Physical Therapist position in Outpatient Orthopedics at High Point Medical Center - Outpatient Rehabilitation: Physical Therapy Elm. The role involves providing comprehensive patient care, including assessments, treatment planning, and direct patient treatment. The Physical Therapist will also supervise support staff, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute to departmental efficiency and quality improvement initiatives. The position requires adherence to hospital and departmental policies, and a commitment to professional development and effective communication.

Requirements

• B.S., M.S., or D.P.T degree from accredited physical therapy school.
• Current licensure in the state of applicable state
• CPR certification in Basic Life Support, Level C.

Responsibilities

• Maintains patient records in a systematic order.

• Adjusts individual schedules to meet the needs of the patient and department.
• Participates in process management to optimize quality and efficiency of services.
