About The Position

Stern at Home Therapy is hiring full-time Physical Therapists to provide one-on-one care to patients throughout Manhattan. They offer established caseloads on both the East Side and West Side, allowing for an efficient schedule with minimal travel. The role emphasizes treating one patient at a time, offering full clinical autonomy, and providing dedicated administrative support for scheduling and logistics. Candidates with part-time or PRN availability are also welcome to apply.

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist license in New York
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently in a home-based setting

Nice To Haves

• Home health experience
• Strong clinical, communication, and time-management skills
• Full-time availability preferred; part-time or PRN candidates with strong availability will also be considered

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat a primarily geriatric caseload in patients' homes throughout Manhattan
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans with full clinical autonomy
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, safety, and overall function
• Complete accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Communicate with patients, families, physicians, and the clinical team
• Coordinate with our administrative team on scheduling and logistics
• Manage your caseload according to your own availability and chosen employment structure
