About The Position
Banner Rehabilitation Hospital Tucson - Day Neuro is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) for their specialized, outpatient rehabilitation program. This program offers a flexible, full-day format for individuals who require a comprehensive approach to recovery but do not need acute hospital-based rehabilitation. The role involves providing high-quality physical therapy services with minimal supervision, developing treatment plans, supervising assistants and aides, contributing to case management, and ensuring quality patient care. The position also focuses on maintaining positive interactions with facilities and their staff.
Requirements
- Current and Valid state license as a Physical Therapist is required
Responsibilities
- Implements, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with outpatient policies and procedures.
- Develops treatment plans.
- Supervises assistants and aides.
- Contributes to case management.
- Provides quality patient care.
- Maintains positive level of interaction with facilities and clients.
- Enhances and expands client relations with facilities and their staff.
