About The Position

KORT is hiring an outpatient Physical Therapist at its Lebanon, Kentucky center. The therapist evaluates, treats, directs, and documents patient care, helping patients return to athletics, work, daily life, and the activities they enjoy. The role includes required corporate and clinical-services training, compliance with applicable regulations, communication with colleagues and others involved in patient care, and participation in center meetings as directed by the center manager.

The schedule is Monday through Friday. The annual base compensation starts at $72,000 and ranges to $95,000, commensurate with experience. Potential sign-on bonuses of $10,000–$20,000 and an indefinite student debt relief program are also mentioned. Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• For current students, an outpatient clinical rotation.
• For practicing clinicians, outpatient experience within the last five years.
• Current state physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain required corporate and clinical-services training and comply with state, local, and federal regulations.
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors.
• Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
