About The Position
LTC Therapy: Quincy is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team within a skilled nursing facility. This role offers the opportunity to provide individualized therapy services that support resident mobility, safety, endurance, and functional independence.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license required
- Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
Nice To Haves
- Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Conduct physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide treatment focused on balance, gait training, strengthening, transfers, mobility, and pain management
- Collaborate with PTA staff and interdisciplinary care teams to support resident recovery goals
- Monitor resident progress and update treatment plans based on clinical performance
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
