About The Position

Sport Ortho Urgent Care is seeking a Physical Therapist for their Outpatient Orthopedic Model in Clarksville, TN. They believe Physical Therapists should have the time, resources, and support to deliver the highest quality conservative musculoskeletal care without being burdened by unrealistic patient loads. Unlike high-volume clinics, their PTs treat an average of 10 patients per day, allowing for meaningful patient interaction and better outcomes. Sport Ortho Urgent Care leads in innovative, value-based conservative care by utilizing Physical Therapists as direct access providers, positioning them as the front line of musculoskeletal care within a fully integrated orthopedic model.

Requirements

Current Physical Therapy license (required)
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Master’s degree (required)
CPR certification

Nice To Haves

Doctorate (preferred)
Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
Positive, team-oriented mindset, with a passion for integrated orthopedic care

Practice at the top of your license.
Spend meaningful time with patients.

Serve as a direct access provider for all patients.
Work within a fully integrated orthopedic model.
Collaborate with Orthopedic Advanced Practice Providers (PA/NPs), Physical Therapy Assistants, and Orthopedic Surgeons.
Deliver the highest standard of conservative treatment possible utilizing in-house imaging, regenerative medicine, sports medicine, and urgent orthopedic care.
