About The Position
Sport Ortho Urgent Care is seeking a Physical Therapist for their Outpatient Orthopedic Model in East Nashville, TN. They believe Physical Therapists should have the time, resources, and support to deliver the highest quality conservative musculoskeletal care without being burned out by unrealistic patient loads. Unlike high-volume clinics, their PTs treat an average of 10 patients per day, allowing for meaningful patient interaction and better outcomes. Sport Ortho Urgent Care leads in innovative, value-based conservative care by utilizing Physical Therapists as direct access providers, making them the front line of musculoskeletal care within a fully integrated orthopedic model. The core focus is to serve patients through conservative care in musculoskeletal health. The collaborative care model involves working directly with Orthopedic Advanced Practice Providers (PA/NPs), Physical Therapy Assistants, and Orthopedic Surgeons. The practice offers in-house imaging, regenerative medicine, sports medicine, and urgent orthopedic care. They emphasize true work-life balance with manageable daily volumes, realistic productivity expectations, and a team-based approach.
Requirements
- Current Physical Therapy license (required)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Master’s degree (required)
- CPR certification (preferred)

- Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred (new grads welcome)
