About The Position

LifeFit Physical Therapy & Wellness is a private, concierge-style practice that prioritizes exceptional care by providing therapists with the time and space needed to succeed. We focus on treating one patient at a time for a full hour in a calm, welcoming environment, fostering meaningful relationships, thoughtful clinical decision-making, and individualized care. We are seeking an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, Pelvic Health Physical Therapist, or a clinician interested in developing expertise in both specialties. LifeFit specializes in orthopedic and pelvic health physical therapy, integrating movement, fitness, and wellness principles to help patients return to their desired activities and maintain healthy lifestyles. Our diverse patient population includes active adults, runners, athletes, fitness enthusiasts, postpartum individuals, and those seeking to remain strong, active, and independent. Clinicians average approximately 38 patient visits per week, emphasizing quality of care over productivity metrics. We handle business development, allowing therapists to focus on patient care.

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist in Virginia.
• Interest in orthopedic and/or pelvic health physical therapy.
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach.
