About The Position
Luna is the leading in-home tech-enabled physical therapy platform, founded in 2018. We empower over 3000 PTs by helping them avoid burnout and find renewed hope in their profession. Luna partners with organizations like Emory Health, Powerback, HopCo, Providence, Evergreen, Scripps, UCLA, and AARP to deliver exceptional healthcare. We are seeking licensed Physical Therapists to provide outpatient therapy services in patients’ homes. This is outpatient therapy, not traditional home health. Therapists can earn $75–$82 per visit with autonomy, 1:1 patient care, and minimal admin work. Luna offers flexibility, autonomy, and 1:1 patient care, with opportunities for therapists to take time off when they want without approval. We aim for 90% less admin work and unlimited earning potential, with documentation taking only minutes via phone call. Luna Auto-Charting automates documentation, Luna's Safety Shield ensures a convenient and safe experience, and Luna Exercises allow for integrated care through the Luna app. Geofencing technology matches patients based on specialty and location (within a 30-minute drive), and payments are direct deposited and visible in-app.
Requirements
- State-specific PT license
- Reliable, personal transportation for therapists practicing outside city centers

Responsibilities
