About The Position

We are seeking licensed Physical Therapists to provide outpatient therapy services in patients’ homes near you. This is outpatient therapy and not traditional home health. Requirements
- State-specific PT license
- Reliable, personal transportation for therapists practicing outside city centers
- Liability insurance
- CPR/BLS
Nice To Haves
- Specialty in Geriatrics, Home Health, Neurology, Orthopedics, Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine, or Sports Medicine.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient therapy services in patients' homes.
- Document patient care via phone call.
- Prescribe and monitor workouts via the Luna app.
- Utilize Geofencing technology to match patients based on specialty and location (within 30 minute drive).
