About The Position

Providence Seaside Hospital is seeking Physical Therapists for multiple positions, including Ortho & Neuro (Full-time), Outpatient (Full-time), and Pelvic Health (0.8 FTE Part-time). Located on Oregon's Coast, Providence Seaside Hospital is a 25-bed critical access hospital offering a range of services. The Rehab Department emphasizes a collaborative, patient-centered environment focused on patient experience and best practices. The Physical Therapist will manage and provide skilled physical therapy to patients with diverse diagnoses and disabilities, focusing on evaluation, treatment, and consultation to maximize patient independence. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program, Master's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program, or D.P.T. from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Oregon Physical Therapist License upon hire.
• License in states wherever care is delivered.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• Occasionally a position will require specialized physical therapy experience to meet a particular department need.

Responsibilities

• Manages and provides skilled physical therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account the individual patient special physical or age-related needs.
• Performs patient/client evaluation and treatment.
• Provides professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with the individual functional level and potential.
