About The Position

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers – Fort Lee is a specialty outpatient physical therapy clinic in Bergen County, NJ. We focus on balance & vestibular rehabilitation, fall prevention, neurological & post-surgical care, and Class IV laser therapy — all delivered strictly one-on-one. The practice is owner-operated by a non-clinician, which means clinical judgment sits with the treating clinician rather than with a corporate visit target handed down from elsewhere. This is a specialty practice, not a general outpatient clinic with a vestibular room in the back. Balance & vestibular rehabilitation is the center of what we do and where most of our referrals come from — so the person who joins us will build genuine depth in it rather than treating it as an occasional case type.
