Licensed Physical Therapist (Full-time) Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy – Outpatient Location: Kingston, NY We create the opportunity — YOU make the impact. Requirements
- License or pending license as a Physical Therapist in the treating state REQUIRED
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program REQUIRED
- Eagerness to grow & learn
- Interest in pursuing a specialty outside of your standard ortho (sports, pelvic, vestibular, peds, neuro, geriatrics, etc.)
- Team player
Responsibilities
- Provide world-class care in physical therapy.
- Pursue multiple professional tracks, including mentorship, residency education, specialty program development, non-treating roles, clinic leadership, and future clinic partnership opportunities.
- Spend more quality time with patients and keeping their notes AT work, with the utilization of ScribeIQ (an AI documentation tool).
- Participate in Teammate Resource Groups (TRGs) such as Ivy Pride, Early Career Development, Wellness & Work Life Balance, and Military.
- Advance on the Clinical Career Ladder – get incentivized for your clinical accomplishments.
- Participate in the internal travel program.
- Open your very own clinic (or clinics) - with equity.
- Engage in multiple residency and specialty programs - two partnered with HSS!
