About The Position

Central Gardens Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our in-house rehabilitation team for a consistent PRN weekend opportunity. This position is ideal for an experienced clinician or a therapist looking for a flexible weekend schedule while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

Requirements

• Current California Physical Therapist (PT) License in good standing required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to residents.
