Requirements

Active Physical Therapist license
Able to travel within your selected coverage area
Comfort with mobile, in-home outpatient care
State-specific PT license
Reliable, personal transportation for therapists practicing outside city centers
1+ years of experience
Liability insurance
CPR/BLS
