About The Position

We are seeking licensed Physical Therapists to provide outpatient therapy services in patients' homes, offering flexibility, autonomy, and 1:1 patient care with minimal administrative work.
Requirements
- State-specific PT license
- Reliable, personal transportation for therapists practicing outside city centers
- Liability insurance
- CPR/BLS
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient therapy services in patients' homes.
- Document patient care via phone call in minutes.
- Prescribe and monitor workouts via the Luna app.
- Utilize Luna's Safety Shield for a convenient and safe experience.
- Match with patients based on specialty and location (within a 30-minute drive).
