About The Position

Integrity Rehab Group, in partnership with Baylor Scott & White Texas Spine and Joint Hospital, is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist for their facility in Tyler, TX. This role focuses on providing a remarkable patient experience through coordinated, evidence-based care and building strong relationships with hospital partners. The facility boasts a new TBI Certified Golf Program, Trackman, Sports Medicine Program, Biomechanics Lab, and offers Dry Needling. The ideal candidate will be committed to exceptional patient outcomes and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Requirements

Current or pending PT license
Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
CPR certified

Nice To Haves

Experience with TBI Certified Golf Program
Familiarity with Trackman, Sports Medicine Program, Biomechanics Lab
Experience with Dry Needling

Responsibilities

Provide outpatient physical therapy services with an emphasis on orthopedic and sports therapy.
