About The Position

Work Schedule : 60% FTE, 24 hours/week. 8-hour day shifts. Shifts are scheduled Monday through Thursday between the hours of 7:00 AM - 6:30 PM and Friday 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM. We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to: Treat general spine/orthopedic patients of all ages and guide patients through appropriate individualized rehabilitation programs to meet the goals and objectives of their plan of care. Provide consultative and rehabilitative treatment services to patients. Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to create comprehensive evidence-based treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes and plan of care. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy Required
  • Work Experience 2 years of prior relevant experience Preferred
  • Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Wisconsin Upon Hire Required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 3 months Required

Nice To Haves

  • Aquatic physical therapy
  • Experience treating individuals with oncology diagnoses
