About The Position

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) who is passionate about delivering high-quality, evidence-based care in a supportive outpatient environment. Requirements

• Active (or eligible) Florida Physical Therapist license
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Strong clinical reasoning and hands-on treatment skills
• Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
• Team-oriented, patient-first mindset

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based physical therapy interventions
• Educate patients on injury prevention and wellness strategies
• Track progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Ensure compliance with all state and clinic standards
