About The Position

Innovative Physical Therapy & Sports Rehabilitation is a PT-owned outpatient practice serving Northwest Indiana through our Chesterton, Crown Point, and Valparaiso clinics. We were built around a simple belief: patients do better when their therapist has the time, autonomy, and continuity to treat the whole person, not just the diagnosis. Our owner is still actively treating patients, and our model is intentionally hands-on and patient-centered. We do not build our care around group therapy. We focus on individualized treatment, clinical reasoning, manual therapy, movement, education, and helping patients get back to the lives they want to live. This is a strong fit for a physical therapist who wants to practice in an outpatient setting, but does not want to feel rushed, overextended, or disconnected from patient outcomes. For the right clinician, this opportunity includes a pathway toward Clinic Director responsibilities, including mentoring clinicians, supporting clinic operations, and helping grow the local practice.

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible) with a passion for patient-centered care
• Energized by hands-on, individualized treatment

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient private practice setting
• Build individualized plans of care
• Help patients progress through hands-on treatment, therapeutic exercise, education, and functional movement
• Build strong relationships with your patients
• Collaborate with other clinicians
• Contribute to a clinic culture where quality care comes first
