About The Position
Wee Care Liberty POST is seeking Physical Therapists (PT) to provide early intervention services for children aged birth through 5 years old in Dyer, IN and surrounding areas. Wee Care, established in 1994, is a large provider of pediatric intervention services in northwest Indiana and the southern Chicago suburbs, known for its highly regarded professionals and model treatment facility. In Fall 2024, Wee Care joined Liberty POST, an early intervention agency with a history dating back to 1994. Liberty POST, backed by Liberty Resources Inc., offers a range of high-quality, individualized services and employs over 500 professionals across various settings. They utilize a collaborative team approach, focusing on evaluation, direct therapy, and family education through child-directed play, emphasizing the importance of a child's natural learning environment, family strengths, and the diverse population served.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct Physical Therapy for children ages birth through 5 years old.
- Evaluate, monitor, and track child's progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Test and evaluate child's abilities to determine realistic goals.
