About The Position

This is a Physical Therapist position in Avondale, AZ. The candidate will be required to complete documentation directly with ATI before starting their assignment. For SC submissions, a PERM license is mandatory; no compact licenses are accepted. Candidates who have worked perm/PRN at ATI within the last year are not eligible to return until they have been separated for one year. If a candidate has previous ATI work history as a traveler or perm/PRN more than a year ago, their name and DOB should be sent to Katrina for rehire eligibility assessment. The position offers a $2,500 completion bonus through October 15th, provided the start date is not delayed due to credentialing or licensing. Candidates must provide proof of license application within 5 business days of booking. Start dates must align with license status at submission, and license status should be included in the submission.

Requirements

• Active PERM license (for SC submissions).
• Experience in rehabilitation therapy setting.

• Must have PERM license (for SC).
• NO COMPACT license (for SC).
