About The Position

The Jackson Clinics Physical Therapy is a nationally recognized Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Physical Therapy group in Virginia. We are a physical therapist-owned outpatient physical therapy group committed to providing a superior level of care and patient experience. We offer an innovative treatment model that allows therapists to focus on each patient's individual needs, providing more personalized attention and care. Our 'Complete Care Initiative' aims to help patients achieve lasting recovery. New hires benefit from a 2-week orientation program and 90 days of one-on-one mentoring with experienced team members. We are seeking a fun and energetic Physical Therapist to join our team at the McLean clinic.

Requirements

• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current state of Virginia license
• CPR certification
• Skills in exercise, sports rehabilitation, and manual-based therapy
• Outgoing and energetic personality
• New graduates welcome to apply

• Board Certified Specialist (75% of our therapists are Board Certified Specialists)

Responsibilities

• Provide care specific to patients' individual needs and presentations.
• Focus on each patient every visit to ensure individualized attention and care.
• Participate in the 'Complete Care Initiative' to help patients fully recover.
• Engage with patients in a fast-paced and highly rewarding work environment.
• Interact with a great team and support staff.
