About The Position

Green Oaks Physical Therapy (GOPT) is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join their team. They have been providing outpatient orthopedic care in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex for over 25 years and are therapist-owned. The role offers a collaborative, mentorship-driven environment for clinical skill growth and career advancement. New graduates are welcome and will be supported by a structured mentorship and clinical education program.

Requirements

Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
Current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to employment
Passion for providing exceptional patient care and achieving outstanding clinical outcomes
Strong desire to learn, grow, and continuously develop as a clinician
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and sports medicine conditions
Develop individualized treatment plans that promote timely recovery and long-term wellness
Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and healthy movement strategies
Collaborate with fellow clinicians and support staff to deliver an exceptional patient experience
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture focused on excellent patient outcomes
