About The Position
The Physical Therapist provides quality physical therapy services at Lankenau Medical Center in Wynnewood. The role includes comprehensive evaluation, program planning, and administration of treatment to patients. The therapist performs detailed clinical assessments based on individual patient needs upon physician referral and develops a comprehensive plan of care based on the evaluation findings. This is a per diem, as-needed position with 8-hour day shifts. Weekday and weekend availability is required. Acute care experience is strongly desired, and DPT new graduates with acute care experience are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- Relevant clinical experience for the physical therapy setting.
- Graduate of a physical therapy program.
- Bachelor of Science degree required.
- Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license.
- Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required upon hire.
- Valid driver's license and insured automobile, as applicable.
Nice To Haves
- Acute care experience is strongly desired.
- Master’s or Doctorate degree preferred.
- DPT new graduates with acute care experience are encouraged to apply.
