About The Position
A full-time Physical Therapist position at a skilled nursing facility in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The therapist joins a collaborative rehabilitation team and evaluates and treats patients to help improve strength, mobility, and functional independence. The role is open to new graduates and experienced professionals and is described as a direct-hire, permanent placement. The estimated pay rate is approximately $40–$45 per hour, depending on experience, setting, location, and status.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current Oklahoma license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong time management skills.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
- Document patient progress using EMR systems.
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
