About The Position

AdvantageCare Rehabilitation is actively seeking motivated and adaptable Physical Therapists (PTs) to join our growing team across Central Pennsylvania, supporting skilled nursing and long-term care communities in DuBois, St. Marys, and Emporium. This unique travel-style role allows you to provide coverage across 2–3 nearby facilities while enjoying schedule flexibility, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes. Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist (PT) License
• Passion for geriatric rehabilitation and functional outcomes
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a multi-site, team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide hands-on physical therapy to improve strength, mobility, balance, and independence
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab teams including PTAs, OTs, and SLPs
• Document patient progress and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards
• Provide flexible therapy coverage and support across multiple facilities as needed
• Support 2-3 nearby facilities
• Maintain consistency while avoiding long-distance travel
