Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Current North Carolina Physical Therapist license (or eligibility).
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Nice To Haves

Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and establish treatment goals.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Provide skilled physical therapy services to improve mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and functional independence.
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and rehabilitation aides as appropriate.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.
