Physical Therapist - Lakewood - Mobile Outpatient
About The Position
Stern at Home Therapy is hiring Physical Therapists (PT) at all commitment levels — PRN, part-time, and full-time — to deliver one-on-one care in patients' homes across Lakewood and Ocean County, NJ. This role offers autonomy, with PTs setting their own schedules, treating one patient at a time, and having a dedicated admin team handle logistics. The position involves evaluating and treating a primarily geriatric population in their homes, creating and executing individualized treatment plans with full clinical autonomy. A dedicated admin team manages scheduling, documentation support, and coordination. Shadowing is available for those new to home health or wanting to observe the model. The Stern Scheduling Assurance Plan guarantees payment for up to 2 cancellations per month if the schedule cannot be filled or a cancellation replaced.
Requirements
- Active PT license in New Jersey
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and bedside manner
Nice To Haves
- Minimum 1 year of U.S. clinical experience
- CPR certification
- Home health experience
Responsibilities
