About The Position
Make a difference in children's lives while building a schedule that fits yours. PYG Therapy is looking for Physical Therapists to provide individualized pediatric home health services throughout Arizona.
Requirements
- Active Arizona PT or DPT license
- CPR certification
- AHCCCS ID (we can help you get this)
- Article 9 certification
- Dependable transportation
- Strong interpersonal skills

Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations
- Develop treatment plans
- Deliver skilled physical therapy services
- Monitor patient progress
- Maintain timely documentation
- Educate caregivers
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary providers
