Requirements
- Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapy program.
- Active or pending state physical therapist license.
- Comfort working independently in the home setting.

Responsibilities
- Work with a diverse and engaging caseload.
- Provide home health therapy services.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physical and occupational therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
- Complete documentation to encourage confidence and efficiency.
