About The Position

This full-time Physical Therapist position in Outpatient Pediatrics at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center focuses on providing comprehensive patient care within the Miller Outpatient Rehabilitation center. The role involves assessing and treating pediatric patients, developing individualized treatment plans with realistic goals, and ensuring quality patient outcomes. The Physical Therapist will also supervise support staff, maintain accurate documentation, meet departmental financial and productivity standards, and participate in process improvement initiatives. Effective communication with patients, families, physicians, and staff is essential, along with demonstrating age-specific knowledge and skills. The position is Monday-Friday with one Saturday shift every 8 weeks.

Requirements

• B.S., M.S., or D.P.T degree from accredited physical therapy school.
• Current licensure in the state of applicable state
• CPR certification in Basic Life Support, Level C.
