Physical Therapist (PT), Early Intervention & Pediatrics Delaware | Flexible Schedule | Up to $90 per Visit | up to a $10,000 Bonus with the possibility of a retention bonus at 12 months. We are currently seeking passionate Physical Therapists (PT) to join our Early Intervention and Pediatric team in Sussex County DE. We welcome Maryland Therapists with a Delaware License.

Requirements

Active DE Physical Therapist license in good standing
Active Delaware license

Nice To Haves

Birth-to-Five, and/or Home Care experience preferred
Passion for family-centered, community-based care

Responsibilities

Partner with families using a coaching-based interaction style
Empower caregivers with tools to support their child’s development
Deliver therapy in natural environments — homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, libraries, and more
Use electronic documentation for each visit
Complete weekly scheduled visits
